Clear scope · Qualified professionals · Informed participation

Service and care standards.

Our network combines wellness programming with access to independent clinical, medical, business, legal, financial, and lifestyle professionals. Clear boundaries protect members and the professionals serving them.

01

Clinical and medical care

Therapy, clinical assessments, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, prescribing, functional-medicine services, IV hydration, and other regulated care are delivered only by appropriately licensed or credentialed professionals acting within their scope and jurisdiction.

02

Assessment before treatment

Clinical and medical services require provider-specific intake, assessment, informed consent, clinical appropriateness, eligibility, and documentation. The treating professional—not the membership—determines whether a service is appropriate and how frequently it should occur.

03

Independent professional responsibility

Participating professionals and businesses remain responsible for their own licensure, credentials, insurance, professional judgment, records, privacy practices, service agreements, pricing, billing, and regulatory compliance.

04

Membership limits

Memberships are not health-insurance plans and do not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, medication, outcomes, provider availability, or a particular number of clinical visits. An included clinical benefit may be used only after approval by the responsible licensed professional.

05

Wellness versus treatment

Meditation, breathwork, grounding, expressive movement, stretching, spa experiences, wellness education, products, and public wellness groups complement—but do not replace—medical care, psychotherapy, crisis services, or treatment recommended by a licensed professional.

06

Referrals and connected services

Some services are introductions or referrals to independent practices or partner businesses. They may require separate intake, eligibility, contracts, payment, privacy notices, and informed consent. The Collective does not guarantee acceptance, availability, approval, financing, or outcomes.

07

Products and Discovery Boxes

Products and samples are provided for discovery and education, not diagnosis or treatment. Members must review labels, ingredients, allergens, warnings, medication interactions, expiration dates, and product suitability before use and consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

08

Healthy-home and lower-tox education

Healthy-home lessons provide general, evidence-conscious education. “Natural,” “botanical,” and “essential-oil-based” do not automatically mean safe, non-toxic, or effective. Content must not claim that a household exposure causes autism or another condition, and must address labels, dilution, ventilation, allergies, asthma, children, pets, skin contact, ingestion risk, and when EPA-registered or professionally recommended products are the safer choice.

09

Emergencies and urgent needs

The website and service-interest form are not monitored as emergency or crisis services. People experiencing an emergency should call 911 or use an appropriate crisis resource. Do not submit medical details, emergency information, or sensitive records through the public interest form.

General information only: This page describes the Collective's intended service model and public-facing boundaries. It is not legal, medical, insurance, tax, or regulatory advice and does not replace provider-specific consent forms, privacy notices, service agreements, clinical documentation, or review by qualified Maryland counsel and compliance professionals.
